How do I pay?
Full payment is taken when you book online, which confirms your appointment.
What if I need to cancel or move my appointment?
With more than 48 hours' notice you can cancel for a refund, or reschedule once at no extra charge. Please email info@samantha-kate.com as soon as you can.
What if I cancel late or miss my appointment?
With less than 48 hours' notice, or if you do not attend, your booking payment is normally kept. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice carries a £20 fee.
